Job summary

Marie France Group in Makati City is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to bridge business needs with technology. You will gather requirements, translate into specs, and collaborate across SDLC with developers, QA, and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Business, 2–5 years in IT with programming experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Onsite work, with opportunities to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Business or related field.
2–5 years in IT roles (Systems Analyst/Support/QA/BA) is preferred.
Programming background with understanding of software development concepts.
Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and system documentation.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
Support system integrations, API mapping, data flow analysis, and technical discussions.
Assist in QA, system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Identify and coordinate resolution of system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests.
Develop user guides, technical docs, and training materials; conduct end-user training.
Analyze current processes and recommend system enhancements and automation opportunities.
Support project implementation to deliver quality outcomes.
