The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of BA experience in IT, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with BA tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Collaboration across teams and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a business analyst role within IT or systems environments.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and analyse business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data flow diagrams, and use case modelling.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business analysis software (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools) is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related certifications is preferred but not essential.
