Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition through outbound and inbound activities, manage leads, and initiate the sales cycle for IT solutions. You will collaborate with marketing to craft penetration strategies, qualify leads, and hand over opportunities to business development managers for closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or IT-related field.
• At least 2 years in sales development, telemarketing, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with IT solutions and business cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales).
• Handle incoming queries and build good client relationships (Inbound Sales).
• Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
• Understand the company’s portfolio of solution offerings to pitch and present through various channels.
• Stay updated with the company’s portfolio development and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and materials.
• Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to BDMs with the goal of closing the sale.
• Maintain and update the lead generation database with accurate client profiles.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
