Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition in Diliman Quezon City. You will handle both outbound and inbound opportunities, manage leads and help initiate the sales cycle to drive revenue.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in SDR/telemarketing or similar IT sales, solid IT solutions knowledge, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Mon–Fri, office-based, direct hire.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a sales development representative, telemarketer or other similar roles, primarily handling IT solutions.
• Familiarity with IT solutions and business-cases
• Affinity towards different aspects of marketing
• Strong research and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales Specialist who will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our client acquisition efforts through effective communication and account penetration strategies, for both outbound and inbound sales opportunities. This role shall not only manage leads but also facilitate the initiation of our sales cycle and ultimately drive sales revenue.
