Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a target-driven Sales / Business Development professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and build strong client relationships.

You will generate leads, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, travel readiness for client meetings and site visits, and a proven track record in achieving sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
Experience in B2B sales or technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, networking, events, and digital platforms.
Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
Manage sales process from prospecting to closing and turnover.
Prepare presentations, quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Coordinate with departments to tailor products or solutions for customers.
Monitor pipelines, forecasts, targets, and account activities; report regularly.
Identify opportunities for repeat business including cross-sell and upsell.
Address customer concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
Provide after-sales support to strengthen relationships.
