Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound and inbound sales in the Philippines. You will build a sales funnel, qualify leads, and nurture relationships while understanding a portfolio of IT solutions.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and cross-team collaboration to meet weekly and monthly targets. You will coordinate with marketing to craft penetration strategies and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or IT-related field.
• 2+ years experience as SDR, telemarketer, or similar.
• Familiar with IT solutions and business cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Capable of cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a sales funnel and generate leads via cold calling, emailing, and other outbound activities.
• Handle inquiries and build good client relationships (Inbound Sales).
• Qualify leads by identifying decision makers and understanding requirements.
• Understand and pitch the company’s portfolio of IT solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to create account penetration strategies and materials.
• Initiate client acquisition and hand over qualified leads to BDMs to close.
• Maintain/update the lead database with accurate client profiles.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
