HRTx Inc. in Ortigas is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to align HR initiatives with business goals. You will lead workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development while driving organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strategic partnership with leaders, strong analytics, and change management in a fast-paced environment; onsite work from Monday to Friday in Ortigas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP leadership exposure.
• Strong background in employee relations and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting business leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and provide insights on workforce planning and talent management.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management: Manage employee relations concerns; guide leaders on performance management and disciplinary processes; ensure fair HR policy implementation.
• Talent Development: Identify capability gaps; support leadership development and succession planning; drive engagement and retention programs.
• HR Analytics & Compliance: Monitor HR metrics; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; support governance and process improvements.
