Responsibilities
- Drive alignment between business objectives and people strategy by partnering with managers on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent priorities.
- Enable talent development through execution of succession planning, leadership development, and critical skills-building initiatives.
- Foster a culture of performance and engagement by collaborating with business leaders to implement effective goal-setting, feedback, and talent development strategies.
- Leverage HR and business analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making.
- Support leaders and employees in navigating change initiatives, transformation, and culture alignment.
- Coach and influence leaders to strengthen management effectiveness and elevate employee engagement across teams.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design and deliver strategic programs in talent acquisition, learning, and employee experience, reinforcing engagement and organizational objectives.
- Support leaders on employee relations and workforce matters, ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational change management.
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence business decisions through HR insights and partnership.
- Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Analytical thinker with experience using people analytics and insights to drive strategy.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable and measurable people strategies.
