Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between business objectives and people strategy by partnering with managers on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent priorities.
• Enable talent development through execution of succession planning, leadership development, and critical skills-building initiatives.
• Foster a culture of performance and engagement by collaborating with business leaders to implement effective goal-setting, feedback, and talent development strategies.
• Leverage HR and business analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
