Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks an Executive Level Human Resource Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals in Metro Manila. This on-site, morning-shift role partners with senior leadership to shape workforce planning, organizational design, and culture transformation to drive sustainable growth.

You will lead performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations while ensuring fair compensation practices and governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
• 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP or HR leadership role.
• Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on organizational effectiveness and talent optimization.
• Oversee performance management and leadership development programs.
• Identify and develop high-potential talent pipelines and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and promote a high-performance culture.
• Partner with leadership on compensation reviews and workforce budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and governance processes.
