Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leaders, driving people strategies aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on building workforce capability, effectiveness, and informed people decisions across the organization.

Collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence will drive talent management, performance, and workforce planning while ensuring policy and labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR or related field required; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with business partnering exposure.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals and drive initiatives.
• Support succession planning, talent pipelines, and learning & development.
• Guide performance processes, coaching, and career development for teams.
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance.
• Assist in organizational design, change initiatives, and workforce optimization.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and governance across processes.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to drive improvements and reporting.
