HRTx Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives.

The role drives workforce effectiveness through talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management initiatives that enhance business performance. You will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen capability, improve employee experience, and ensure effective implementation of HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR roles.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Experience supporting business leaders in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience using HRIS and HR analytics tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with business leaders to align HR initiatives with goals.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans and talent needs.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and reviews.
• Support succession planning and development of high-potential employees.
• Promote leadership development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Assist in change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to support decisions.
