You will drive enterprise-wide talent planning, succession mapping, and critical capability development, while advising on structure, productivity, and efficiency to support growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership roles in insurance/financial services (or similar).
• Expertise in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic HR Partnership aligning workforce plans with long-term business strategy.
• Drive enterprise-wide talent planning, succession mapping, and critical capability development.
• Advise on organizational structure and productivity optimization; oversee performance and talent management programs.
• Manage employee relations and governance with focus on regulatory alignment and risk controls.
• Direct HR strategy for large-scale transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, and new business lines.
