Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in multi-site organizations.
• Strong HR business partnering and generalist expertise with knowledge of employee relations and labor laws.
• Experience in stakeholder management, workforce planning, talent management, engagement and retention strategies.
• Ability to lead culture-building, change management and organizational transformation with analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR strategies and initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Drive employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and strengthen the employee experience.
• Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and feedback mechanisms to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with business leaders on employee relations, transformation, culture building, and HR-related matters.
