HRTx Inc. seeks an HR Manager to lead HR initiatives for Bulacan operations, acting as the primary partner to site leadership. You will drive workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The role blends strategic HR partnerships with hands-on execution across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations to support business growth and workforce stability.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or HR business partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, logistics, or site-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for site leadership and department heads.
• Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Support leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development.
• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent across operational and support functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and succession needs.
• Ensure efficient recruitment processes and a positive candidate experience.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate with legal or external advisors when necessary.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Ensure HR processes are consistent, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Support leadership in identifying development opportunities and succession planning.
• Facilitate training and capability-building initiatives.
• Support compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies.
• Monitor employee benefits administration and resolve related concerns.
• Provide insights on market competitiveness and retention strategies.
• Track key HR metrics such as turnover, hiring progress, and workforce trends.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to leadership to support decision-making.
