Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function at the highest level, aligning people strategy with business goals in IT/Technology/BPO contexts.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in executive leadership, a track record of large-scale transformation, labor relations, talent management, and culture development.

This is an onsite, full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have held CHRO or equivalent executive HR leadership role.
• Extensive experience in IT, Technology, Shared Services, or BPO.
• Minimum of 15 years HR experience with at least 5 years in executive HR leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale HR operations and organizational transformation.
• Strong background in strategic HR, labor relations, talent management, and culture development.
