Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Head to lead our HR business partnering function across multi-site operations. This strategic role advises senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving engagement, and guiding talent and organizational development initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership experience in fast-paced environments, with a strong track record in workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and culture

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-unit or fast-paced environments.
• Strong HR analytics, dashboards, and data-driven people management skills.
• Proven track record in employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to influence senior management with strategic HR insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction for HR partnering across sites.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop HR strategies that drive growth and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to address manpower requirements across multiple units.
• Drive initiatives to improve retention and the overall employee experience.
• Provide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, and workplace practices.
