Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to employee relations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• Experience in dynamic, high-growth, shared services, BPO, or multinational environments.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll processes, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations activities, performance management processes, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support compensation and benefits activities, salary benchmarking, market analysis, and annual reviews.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to resolve payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave administration, and employee records issues.
• Provide advisory support on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
