The HRBP acts as a strategic partner to BU leadership, translating business goals into people initiatives and driving value through data-driven HR solutions. You will lead change management, capability building, and governance across the employee lifecycle, partnering with senior leaders to shape organizational design and talent programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience with CM or OD focus.
• Ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders.
• Experience in multinational corporations with complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable people insights.
