Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) preferred.
• 5+ years in HR, with emphasis on HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives across units.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and development planning with managers.
• Support organizational change, culture building, and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR policies; monitor HR analytics.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation.
