Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to champion the people and organization agenda for a Business Unit. You will partner with BU leadership to translate strategy into people initiatives, design roadmaps, and drive end-to-end HR programs that deliver business value.

You will lead analytics, change management, leadership development, and organizational capability building while navigating a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience, with specialization in CM or OD for 5 years.
• Strong communication and ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders.
• Experience in multinational corporations with complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic People Analytics & Insighting: analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights for the BU.
• People & Organization Strategy Creation: translate business strategy to people and org strategy and design roadmaps.
• Organizational Diagnosis: diagnose problems and design data-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management: drive org design, transformation and talent initiatives.
• Strategic Partnership: own relationship with BU leadership and drive the people agenda in key meetings.
