Globe Telecom is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic people analytics and organization initiatives within the business units. You will translate business strategy into people and org roadmaps, diagnose organizational issues, and lead change management efforts to improve performance.

Across responsibilities, you will collaborate with C-suite and senior leaders, shaping talent programs and capability building while ensuring value-driven outcomes for Globe’s goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience with CM or OD focus.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders.
• Proven experience navigating complex processes in MNC contexts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to identify trends and actionable people insights for the BU.
• Translate business strategy to people & organization strategy with a delivering roadmap.
• Diagnose root causes and design data-driven org solutions and drive value.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and talent initiatives to improve performance.
• Partner with BU leaders to set strategic view of capabilities and ensure execution.
• Own strategic partnership with business leaders and inform decision making.
