PM Consulting in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders in a Telco & BPO environment. The role focuses on aligning HR strategy with organizational goals, driving talent management, workforce planning, and culture initiatives to support growth and performance.

The HRBP will lead executive advisory, workforce forecasting, succession planning, learning and capability building, and change management, while ensuring policy

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP/strategic advisory roles.
• Professional HR credentials (SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP, PHR or equivalent) preferred.
