Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner & Talent Management Manager to align human capital strategies with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving end-to-end talent management initiatives, from recruitment to development and retention.

You will bridge operations and HR, leading a high-performing HR and recruitment team to attract, develop, and retain top talent while enhancing employer branding and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2–3 years in a managerial HRBP or Talent Manager role.
• Proven ability to integrate talent acquisition with performance management, org design, ER, and succession planning.
• Strong track record coaching teams and driving high-performance HR functions.
• Deep knowledge of HRIS, ATS, performance tools, and talent analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and executive communication skills with cross-functional influence.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategic actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and executives to align people strategies with business goals and growth.
• Consult on workforce planning, org design, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Serve as primary advisor for complex employee relations, policy interpretations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines to support client commitments and expansion.
• Champion employer branding across external platforms and universities to attract top talent.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks and annual reviews.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and map stay/exit data to retention strategies.
• Identify capability gaps and collaborate on learning, upskilling, and career progression initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimize HR tech systems (ATS, HRIS, performance tools, AI automation).
