Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Manager to design and scale learning strategies across our tech-enabled services ecosystem.

You will drive talent management frameworks, capability-building programs, and digital learning initiatives to keep the workforce agile and client-focused. You will architect end-to-end learning solutions, implement LMS adoption, and establish metrics to prove impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Talent Development or related HR roles.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or Technology/Telecom environments is preferred.
• Proven end-to-end talent frameworks and digital learning ecosystems.
• Hands-on with LMS, HRIS and instructional design tools.
• Strong data analytics to measure learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design, drive, and scale learning strategies across the organization.
• Architect end-to-end learning solutions including upskilling and onboarding.
• Lead digital learning platforms adoption (LMS, micro-learning apps) and gamified experiences.
• Establish KPIs to track learning impact, adoption, skill acquisition, and ROI.
• Implement talent identification, performance management, and career progression pathways.
• Develop targeted development programs for client-facing and corporate roles.
• Update job competency models aligned with evolving tech capabilities.
• Develop leadership workshops and coaching for agile, empathetic managers.
• Champion continuous learning and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
• Source and manage relationships with external training providers and partners.
