Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an HRIS Supervisor to lead the implementation, administration, support, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s HRIS. You will coordinate with HR, IT, Finance/Payroll, and vendors to ensure HR systems meet business needs and privacy requirements.

The role covers requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support, with a focus on data integrity, security, and system performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Systems, HR Technology, or related IT/HR systems functions.
• Mandatory: Proven experience in at least one end-to-end HRIS implementation, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Experience supporting or implementing HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, UKG, Darwinbox, ZingHR, or similar HR platforms.
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Recruitment, Benefits, and other HR-related systems.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, UAT, and system configuration.
• Experience working directly with HR stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and HRIS vendors.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory, team lead, or project leadership experience is preferred for the Assistant Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end HRIS implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, security, user access, reporting, integrations, and system performance while ensuring compliance with policies and privacy requirements.
• Serve as liaison between HR, IT, Finance/Payroll, business users, and vendors to ensure HR technology supports business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve HRIS processes and system configurations.
• Oversee or contribute to project activities as a supervisor for the Assistant Manager level.
