Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company objectives. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning while managing employee relations, engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.

The role oversees compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, training, and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws and providing HR guidance to management on organizational matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions for organizations with 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can start immediately
