PM Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals in the Philippines.

The role covers workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR advisory initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to support performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• MBA or professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP/CHRP is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR roles.

Responsabilités

• Advise business leaders on HR-related matters and align people programs with business priorities.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related decision-making.
• Partner with recruitment on hiring strategies and succession planning.
• Lead change management, policy rollouts, and HR system implementations.
• Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
