PM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to deliver effective people solutions that enable business success. You will shape and execute people strategies in collaboration with senior leaders.

The role leads workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management, ensuring consistent, high-quality People service delivery and strong partnership across the business.

Qualifications

Broad HR experience, ideally as a People Business Partner or HR Generalist.
Experience supporting the financial services or insurance industries.
Proven track record leading and developing teams within a BPO or shared services environment.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and executives to deliver strategic people initiatives.
Strong leadership with the ability to influence and drive organizational outcomes.
Exposure to complex, multinational organizations, preferably within the financial services sector.
Solid track record in strategic business partnering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to align people solutions with business priorities.
Lead workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Promote collaboration across the People function and support adoption of the People operating model.
