Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and people strategies for a fast-paced, matrixed Shared Service/BPO environment.

The role emphasizes strategic HR partnership, organizational development, change management, workforce planning, and stakeholder management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in BPO/shared services or multinational environments.
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, organizational development, talent management, and change management.
• Exposure to end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.
• Experience supporting large-scale or matrixed organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with HR data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with HR systems, HRIS, and workforce analytics tools is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI and Power Apps exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership with business leaders to align HR initiatives with goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor on design, workforce planning, talent and engagement.
• Drive people strategies supporting transformation, operational excellence, and capability growth.
• Support talent development initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and implement development interventions.
• Strengthen organizational capability through competency frameworks and talent programs.
• Support performance management and promote a high-performance culture.
• Lead or support change management initiatives related to transformation.
• Drive employee engagement and retention aligned with culture and business needs.
• Partner with COEs to ensure delivery of HR programs and services.
• Support HR process improvements and systems enhancements.
• Use HR analytics to identify trends and opportunities for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations, and governance standards.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees across functions.
