Job summary

Primer Group of Companies seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to own the HR agenda across assigned business units. You will serve as the customer advocate within HR, coordinating with leaders to understand evolving business needs and deliver integrated HR solutions.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders on organizational capability, managing employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in HR, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and industrial HR practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to build organizational capability and core competencies.
• Attend regular meetings and contribute to planning and HR policy development.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and labor case representation where needed.
• Oversee performance management processes and ensure timely appraisals.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR program delivery.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and support movement documentation and records.
