Job summary

Primer Group of Companies seeks a Head of People Business Partners to lead the strategic HR agenda across SBUs/SBPs. You will translate enterprise objectives into tailored people strategies, drive organizational design, talent management, and culture initiatives to fuel growth and efficiency.

You will supervise PBPs, set KPIs, and guide leadership on workforce planning, change management, and executive advisory. Strong experience in retail/distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or org development.
• 10–12 years HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role.
• Proven people leadership across multiple units or channels.
• Experience in retail/distribution environments preferred.
• Strong ethics, values, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise objectives into cohesive People strategies across SBUs/SBPs.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational challenges, talent trends, and decisions.
• Oversee workforce planning and headcount budgeting for ROI on human capital.
• Lead PBPs with KPIs, coaching, and capability development.
• Govern change management, org design, and strategic capability assessments.
