Job summary

Primer Group of Companies seeks a Head of People Business Partners to lead a high-impact team of PBPs supporting multiple SBUs and SBPs. You will translate business strategy into People initiatives, advise senior leaders, and ensure tailored HR programs drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
10–12 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP managerial role overseeing multiple units or channels.
5+ years direct-management of leaders/teams at executive level.
Retail/Distribution/Brand management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise objectives into cohesive People Strategies across all SBUs.
Advise senior leaders on organizational challenges, macro talent trends, and strategic decisions.
Oversee workforce planning and headcount budgeting for ROI on human capital.
Lead PBPs, set KPIs, and develop a high-performing, agile team.
Guide macro org design, change leadership, and transformation across units.
Ensure governance, employee relations, and compliance across the group.
