Job summary

HRTx Inc in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead workforce planning and talent strategies for the commissary. You will oversee talent acquisition, performance, and competency management, ensuring onboarding and evaluations align with organizational goals.

The role requires 4–5 years in HR, strong knowledge of HR policies, and experience with ISO standards and audits within a manufacturing/F&B context.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field required.
4–5+ years in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or HR account management.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor relations, talent mgmt, and employee engagement.
Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead HR business partnering and workforce planning for the commissary by assessing manpower requirements and developing sourcing strategies.
Oversee talent acquisition, performance, and competency management, including hiring, onboarding, and evaluations.
Design and implement learning and development programs ensuring training needs are met and compliant with standards.
Manage employee relations, engagement, compensation and benefits, including policy guidance and investigations.
Monitor HR budgets, compliance, and policies ensuring alignment with labor regs, safety, and audits.
