Job summary

HRTx Inc in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in a manufacturing setting. This onsite, dayshift role works closely with business leaders to build people capability and workforce effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–5 years of HR Business Partnering experience in multinational or large-scale manufacturing.
• Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and implementing effective talent management strategies.
