Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 4–5 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience in multinational or large-scale manufacturing/F&B.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, audit processes, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR business partnering and workforce planning for the commissary.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance, and competency management including candidate assessment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and competency development.
• Design and implement learning and development programs, ensuring training needs are addressed and compliant with standards.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, compensation & benefits, policy guidance, investigations, and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR budgets, compliance, policies, safety, and audit requirements.
