Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to provide comprehensive HR support for the commissary in Danao, Cebu. You will lead HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation/benefits support.

The role emphasizes building a strong workplace culture, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring compliance across HR processes. This is a full onsite, Monday–Friday, dayshift position based in Danao City, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 4-5 years of HR business partnering experience.
• Experience working in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent management strategies.
• Proven experience in training and developing managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be residing in or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manpower planning by reviewing staffing requirements and identifying hiring gaps.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with external talent sources to support recruitment initiatives.
• Support the alignment of divisional objectives with overall organizational goals.
• Administer competency frameworks and facilitate employee competency evaluations.
• Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with concerned departments to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of training systems, documentation, and processes.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee training records in coordination with Corporate HR and external providers.
• Assist in conducting job evaluations and coordinate implementation activities with the Corporate Compensation & Benefits team.
• Provide clarification and guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
• Support employees in benefit availment and address payroll- and benefits-related concerns.
• Organize and support employee engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives.
• Handle employee disciplinary matters and assist in conducting investigations.
• Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Monitor HR budget utilization in line with approved KRAs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
