Job summary

HRTX in Danao, Cebu is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead workforce planning and people strategies for the commissary. You will drive talent sourcing, performance management, and competency development across the organization.

You will design learning programs, manage employee relations, benefits, and ensure compliance with ISO standards, audit requirements, and labor regulations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 4–5 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience in multinational or large-scale manufacturing/F&B.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, audit processes, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Monitor HR budgets, compliance, policies, safety, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partnering and workforce planning for the commissary by assessing manpower requirements, identifying talent gaps, and developing effective talent sourcing strategies.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance, and competency management, including candidate assessment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and competency development.
  
• Design and implement learning and development programs, ensuring training needs are addressed, documentation is complete, and compliance with internal training standards is maintained.
  
• Manage employee relations, engagement, compensation and benefits, including policy guidance, benefits concerns, disciplinary cases, investigations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Monitor HR budgets, compliance, and operational policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, labor regulations, company standards, safety requirements, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or other related disciplines.
  
• At least 4-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, or HR account management, preferably within a multinational or large-scale manufacturing/F&B organization.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor relations, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
  
• Familiarity with ISO standards, certification requirements, audit processes, and regulatory compliance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
