Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an HR Manager (Food Manufacturing) to act as a comprehensive HR resource for commissary staff. This role drives people-centered solutions aligned with business goals, overseeing workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, and development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 4–5 years of HR business partnering experience, experience in manufacturing, and strong coaching abilities, with a focus on labor relations and compliance in Cebu area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of HR business partnering experience.
• Experience in multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workforce planning and manpower review to identify talent gaps.
• Oversee performance & competency management and evaluations.
• Manage recruitment, profiling, assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
• LeadLearning & Development initiatives and maintain training records.
• Guide job evaluations and compensation/benefits policy clarification.
• Administer compensation & benefits and resolve payroll issues.
• Oversee employee relations, wellness initiatives, and CSR activities; ensure labor law compliance.
• Monitor HR budget and ensure policy compliance and safety regulations.
