Reed Elsevier Shared Services (Philippines) Inc Company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to design and implement HR programs aligned with business priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will partner with line managers to understand strategic objectives, plan for long-term workforce needs and drive culture initiatives while delivering practical HR solutions and compliant processes across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR specialist with managers and employees.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and performance management.
• Able to work independently, solve complex problems and make practical recommendations.
• Experience contributing to HR projects or change initiatives.
• Flexible work schedule depending on business needs.
• Ability to learn enterprise AI tools to support workflows.
