Job summary

RELX International is seeking an HR Business Partner in the Philippines to design, implement and monitor HR programs aligned with business priorities. You will partner with line managers on workforce planning, change initiatives and talent development to enable organizational success.

You will advise on employee relations, policy adherence and performance management while maintaining data integrity and privacy across HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in HR business partnering, generalist or specialist roles.
Ability to translate business needs into HR priorities and actions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and monitor HR programs aligned with business priorities.
Partner with business leaders to plan long-term workforce needs and organizational change.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and policy compliance.
Support organization design, culture initiatives and change management.
