Job summary

RELX International is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to design, implement and monitor HR programs in support of business priorities in the Philippines. The role partners with line managers to forecast workforce needs, manage culture, and drive people initiatives across the organization.

You will provide practical advising, handle employee relations, support performance management, and contribute to change and organization design efforts while ensuring data privacy and compliant HR

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR specialist.
• Sound understanding of HR policies, employment practices, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor HR programs aligned with business priorities and HR standards.
• Partner with leaders to plan long-term workforce needs, succession and retention.
• Provide timely, policy-aligned guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
