Job summary

RELX INC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Iloilo to design, implement and monitor HR programs aligned with business priorities. You will partner with line managers to plan workforce needs, provide advisory support, and drive culture initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include HR program design, performance management support, change initiatives, and data analysis to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as HR Partner/HR Generalist working with managers and employees.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment practices, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and HR program delivery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and solve complex problems.
• Open to flexible work schedules.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• HR Program Design and Delivery: Design, implement and monitor HR programs and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders and managers to understand strategic objectives and workforce needs.
• Employee Relations and Advisory Support: Provide guidance on HR matters, employee relations issues and performance concerns.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate employee disputes while respecting cultural dynamics.
• Talent and Performance: Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and development.
• Change and Organization Effectiveness: Contribute to organization design and culture initiatives with HR expertise.
• Data and Reports Management: Generate, interpret and analyze HR reports and maintain employee data with privacy compliance.
• Policy and Compliance: Apply HR policies and regulatory requirements consistently and identify risks.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and services.
• Engagement and Culture Initiatives: Lead and support engagement activities aligned with Filipino workplace values.
