Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Experience as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR specialist with managers and employees.

The HR Business Partner is an experienced HR professional who designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. The role partners with business in planning for long-term workforce needs, organizational trends, culture building and people priorities. The HR Business Partner provides practical advice, applies analytical judgment to solve complex people-related issues, and contributes to process improvements using professional expertise and business knowledge. The role focuses on effectively fulfilling and delivering tasks related to: Strategic Partner – assists line managers in solving organization, people and even change-related issues. Change Agent – institutionalizes change capability within the organization Administrative Expert – creates and delivers effective and efficient HR processes, services tailored to unique business requirements Employee Champion – helps build workforce commitment

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Program Design and Delivery: Design, implement and monitor HR programs, processes and initiatives aligned with business priorities and HR functional standards.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders and managers to understand strategic objectives, workforce requirements and organizational challenges.
  • Actively collaborate to plan for long-term human capital needs and trends, including capability, succession, and retention.
  • Employee Relations and Advisory Support: Provide timely, balanced and policy-aligned guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations issues, performance concerns and organizational practices.
  • Conflict Resolution:Helps address employee issues and disputes by providing fair, balanced support and serving as a neutral mediator, while remaining sensitive to cultural dynamics.
  • Talent and Performance: Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development activities; help managers translate talent insights into action plans.
  • Change and Organization Effectiveness: Contribute to organization design, change management and culture initiatives by providing HR expertise, stakeholder engagement and practical implementation support.
  • Data and Reports Management:Generates, interprets, and analyzes HR reports to provide insights and strategic action plans. Ensures accurate maintenance and updates of employee data in HR databases and systems, aligning with data privacy and protection laws in the Philippines.
  • Policy and Compliance: Apply HR policies, employment practices and relevant legal or regulatory requirements consistently; identify risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools and service delivery; contribute to standardization, simplification and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Engagement and Culture Initiatives: Leads and supports employee engagement activities for REPH and division-driven events, from planning and design through to execution and evaluation. Collaborates with stakeholders to cultivate a positive work culture that aligns with Filipino workplace values such as family-oriented, relationship-focused, and community-driven approaches.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Sound understanding of HR policies, employment practices, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and HR program delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, solve complex problems and make practical recommendations.
  • Experience contributing to HR projects, process improvements or change initiatives.
  • Open to flexible work schedules, depending on business needs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
