Ulticare Medical Center in the Philippines seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to plan, direct, and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training. The role ensures regulatory compliance and fosters a productive, compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of HR progression with 3–5 years in management, strong labor law knowledge, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and fill manpower needs on time.
• Foster positive employee relations, address concerns and ensure fair handling of disciplinary matters.
• Oversee performance management, evaluations, and development planning.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
• Coordinate training and development plans to support growth and performance.
• Develop and implement HR policies ensuring legal compliance and accurate records.
• Prepare manpower plans, HR reports, and workforce analytics for decision-making.
• Lead the HR team, manage daily operations and departmental budgeting.
