• Manages learning and organizational development: competency management and succession planning.
• Develops and maintains HR analytics frameworks and data-driven reporting.
• Drives employer branding, engagement, and total rewards programs to boost morale.
• Oversees talent & performance management, including goals, feedback, and retention initiatives.
• Manages workload planning, cross-team collaboration, and schedule adherence across locations.
