Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with operational goals in a dynamic healthcare setting.

You will partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions, manage employee relations, and drive performance optimization across units. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach and strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with exposure as HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar.
• Healthcare or BPO HRBP experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, labor relations, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with leaders and employees across levels.
• Strategic yet hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and provide HR solutions.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employee relations, disciplinary concerns, and workplace issues.
• Guide managers on performance management, engagement, coaching, and development.
• Support workforce planning, structure, manpower, and succession planning.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and standards.
• Monitor employee concerns, engagement, retention, and trends; suggest interventions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Handle employee relations cases with proper documentation and compliance.
• Analyze HR data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support organizational change and drive a high-performing culture.
