Job summary

We Search Searchers Staffers Corp is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources functions across multiple locations in the Philippines. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, oversees payroll, HRIS, onboarding, and policy implementation while driving performance management and talent development.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment for international operations, coordinate medicals and exits, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll administration, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in an international organization, NGO, multinational company, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, discretion, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR functions across multiple locations ensuring alignment with objectives and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment for support and corporate functions including international operations.
• Develop onboarding/offboarding programs and coordinate pre-employment medicals and exit processes.
• Manage payroll across local and international groups including statutory remittances and reporting.
• Oversee HRIS implementation, records management, and policy documentation.
• Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention programs.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for domestic and international employees.
