• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, ethical, and able to handle confidential matters.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, labor relations, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, and manpower planning to meet staffing needs efficiently.
• Promote positive employee relations and address concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and support managers in setting goals and development plans.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance; review salaries for competitiveness and equity.
• Develop annual learning and development plans and monitor training effectiveness.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, maintain confidential HR records.
• Prepare manpower plans and HR analytics to support management decisions; monitor HR metrics.
• Lead the HR team, manage daily operations, and support organizational development and continuous improvement.
