Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team in Danao City, Cebu. This on-site, full-time role demands expertise in staffing planning, competency management, and policy interpretation to support a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee assessments, onboarding coordination, compensation guidance, and HR compliance while driving employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Location requires residency or strong ties to Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of HR business partnering or stakeholder management experience.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing ISO standards, accreditation requirements, and audit processes.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must reside in or have family connections to Danao City, Cebu, or adjacent areas.

Responsibilities

• Talent Supply Planning: Validate staffing recommendations, identify gaps, and build external talent partnerships.
• Performance & Competency Management: Align divisional goals with business targets and manage competency frameworks.
• Assessment & Selection: Lead profiling, assessments, and interviews, coordinating onboarding with internal departments.
• Learning Design & Development: Oversee employee development programs and maintain training records.
• Job Evaluation & Policy Clarification: Conduct initial job evaluations and provide guidance on compensation policies.
• C&B Delivery & Issue Resolution: Facilitate benefit availments and resolve payroll or benefit inquiries.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Design engagement, wellness, CSR initiatives, and oversee disciplinary investigations.
• HR Financials & Compliance: Oversee HR budget utilization and ensure regulatory compliance.
