Job summary

Align Business Corp. in the Philippines seeks an HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, manage staffing and recruitment, address employee concerns, and oversee labor relations and HR policy across multi-site operations.

The role requires 7–10 years in FMCG/manufacturing/retail, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics. MBA/MHRM is an advantage; strong leadership and HRIS proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, labor relations, compensation and compliance.
• Experience in multi-site operations and handling recruitment.
• Bachelor's Degree minimum: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Master of HRM or MBA with HR concentration is an advantage.
• Strategic workforce planning, performance management, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Understand long-term objectives to identify HR interventions meeting goals.
• Implement HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement.
• Act as strategic business partner on HR matters.
• Develop manpower planning and recruitment strategy per guidelines.
• Evaluate recruitment through agencies, social media, headhunters, and referrals.
• Manage recruiting, testing, interviewing, and exit interviews.
